    Explorers from erope came to north America to claim lands. they soon realized that this land was rich of resources.
  • Britan VS France

    France has surrenderd its land in North America to Britin. and from this time on Britan had control over of most North America.
  • Britan VS France

    When the seven year war ended, in 1763, France had to surrender to its land in North America, to Britan, from this time on Britan had most control over North America.
  • Britan VS America

    The thirteen colonies of the United States began a war with Britan for their independence. the Americans won the war and the British were forced to see the Untited States as their own contry.

    Since America had foght Britan to gain its Independance the relationship between Britsh North America and the United States had never stable. Meanwhile, Britan didnt want to have to pay for the cost of defending its colonies. it decided to encourage colonies to join together, because the United States would be less likely to attack canada if it were a self-governing country rather than seperate colonies of Britan.

    the pliticians from the province of Canada convinced the politicians from New Brunswick, Nova Scotai and Prince Edward Island to consider a larger union.
    The next confrince was held in Quebec City.

    Newfounfland and Prince Edward Island decided to join confederation.

    this was the last confrernce, and it took place in London, England. leaders from New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and the Province of Canada had to take the rough draft of the Quebec Resoultions and came up with a final agreement. The document they created was called the British North Amarica Act.
