Paul Weber Jr. (my dad) buys Weber's from my grandpa Paul Weber Senior.

Paul bought a footbridge that was being used as part of the CN Tower's SkyWalk over Front Street to provide safe access to southbound travelers visiting Webers Restaurant. To this day it is only one privately own bridge in Canada.

My dad opened up the Weber's downtowner in Barrie and in Orillia which wa morwe of a restrant compared to a fast food joint.

Paul married Slawka (my mom) got married in Guardian Angels Catholic Church in Orillia.

My dad sold the restaurant the year that I was born so that he could spend more time with his family; and because of health problems.

From 2008-2011 my dad was the chair of the Lakehead Orillia’s Capital Campaign to build a new campus for Lakehead in Thunder Bay.

My dad helped LU raise 30 million dollars for a new campus and in doing so won the 2011 Lakehead Civitas Award.
