    The starters of the conspiracy: Juan Aldama, Ignacio Allende, Miguel Hidalgo, and Josefa Ortiz de Dominguez Started the conspiracy for their independence of the spanish government. This was the event that started all the independence movement, so you can call them "the creators"

    At this day, the conspiracy was caught by the spanish government and got aware of what was happening. When the mexicans found out the spanish knew about the independence movement they started it right away.
  • Grito de Dolores

    Grito de Dolores
    This was the event that really got people pumped up for the bottle to come, its called the "Grito de Dolores". Miguel hidalgo said this speech to inspire people to go to war against the spanairds.
  • Guana-guana

    Guanajuato is important because Hidalgo led all the mexican army against the spanish. When they got there, they burned the door down and that way, the mexican army could enter and kill the spanish army.
  • "Monte de las Cruzes"

    Battle where the spanish and the mexicans fought. After the Mexicans won the fight, they had an open road to go toward Mexico D.F, but hidalgo was smart and didn't want to go because if this happened in a small city of guanajuato, imagine Mexico City.

    Consolidation

    The consolidation is considered the second stage of the independence movement, the leader of this stage was Jose Maria Morelos and as the first stage ended in his capture.
  • Battle of Bridges!

    Second battle between spanish and the mexicans, the mexicans lost this one and needed to retreat. In this battle the spanish were able to capture Miguel Hidalgo and other leaders.
  • Leaders? Dead?!

    Miguel Hidalgo, Ignacio Allende and some other leaders were executed in Chihuahua. Only hidalgo was decapitated and his head was beside the battle scars of the Alhóndiga
  • The Congress

    A meeting called by Jose Maria Morelos, where the sentimientos de la nacion were written.
  • Temalaca

    The third battle, the mexicans have lost 2 in total and they captures their army leader, Jose Maria Morelos, left the battle zone with no leader.

    Resistance

    This is considered the third "part" of independence, the leader was Vicente Guerrero and he was fighting against Agustin de Iturbide. The resistance was ended when Guerrero and Iturbide formed Ejercito de Tres Garantias.

    Consumation

    Of course, this is the last part of the independence were they beat the spanish government and they start being independent.
  • Iguala

    Was made with Agustin Iturbide and Vicente Guerrero. This plan was what brought Agustin Iturbide and Vicente Guerrero together to make the Ejercito de Tres Garantias.
  • INDEPENDENCE!

    This is the last event of the independence, they did this by signing the Treaty of Cordoba after the mexicans took control of Mexico D.F
