Manitoba Dual School System
Who: The province of Manitoba had Public Schools and Catholic Schools. People believed the Catholic Schools weren't as good and receive more funding than they admitted to.
What: Department of education was created and they stopped giving Catholic Schools funding. This meant that if parents wanted to send their children to a Catholic School they would have to pay a lot more.
