Nearing the physical peak of my life, it is important to stay as mentally and physically healthy as I can to project health for years to come. I will need to eat healthily, exercise regularly, steer clear of smoking, get enough sleep, and prevent injuries (by wearing a seatbelt, etc.). While eating I will focus on getting enough calcium, potassium, and protein, and not consuming a lot of sugar. I will run regularly and other such things. I will not consume illegal substances.

Since my metabolism will be slowing i will make it a point to have exercise time during my day to keep myself physically healthy and close to my peak. I will continue to try and eat healthily and reduce the amount of sodium in my diet. I assume my schedule will be quite busy in my 30s so I will try to keep my sleep schedule regular and get plenty of sleep, not too much. To prevent osteoporosis i will do a lot of aerobic weight bearing exercises.

Keeping up with my physical activity will contribute to lowering risks of chrinic pain and illness as well as reducing stress and prevent osteoporosis. Maintaining a healthy diet will also contribute to healthy blood levels, blood glucose leves, and a healthy BMI, as well as prevent osteoporosis. Wearing broad spectrum sunscreen will reduce skin problems and a multitude of cancer risks.

Here I really need to avoid foods with fat in them and avoid the sodium content of what I eat and watch my hip weight to waist weight ratio to prevent diabetes and other such issues. With a meal and exercise plan I can TRY to maintain my weight and health and in turn prevent many diseases and eliminate a lot of risks that may surface.

At this age I will really need to watch for warning signs of diseases that happen due to old age as well as communicate with my doctor and follow my health care providers recommendations. The absence of smoking will already eliminate a lot of risks/ diseases that my old body will be prone to. Exercising regularly and eating healthily wll become more of a task but my fragile 60 year old self with try to maintain the lifestyle i have built.
