I was so excited to get my first brother! Maddy was close in age and very annoying to me. I knew I would love to have a little brother. My Step-father Peter shifted his attention to Callan once he was born. This was his first child, and son for that matter. Maddy and I felt neglected by Peter. -
Sylvia becomes our Family's Nanny
Sylvia is still our Nanny present day. She is from Guatamala and spoke luent Spanish and little English. She took care of me while my parents were at work everyday. She has taught me Spanish, but most importantly has been like a parent for a majority of my life. -
Dad gets remarried
Dad marrys Julie in Hawaii. Maddy and I gain a whole new family with new aunts, uncles, grandparents. -
Mom and Peter get divorced
Peter and my Mom get divorced, making my mom a single parent with three kids. We financially struggled for a couple years after this while also dealing with custody battles between my mom and dad and also Peter and my mom for Callan. -
Twin brothers are born
Julie and my Dad give birth to Blake and Brennan in Mission Viejo, California -
4th Grade Teacher, Ms. VIctor
Ms. Victor was a teacher that changed my life. She made me feel secure in knowing that she was there for me in any circumstance. She always wanted the best for her students. This class was filled with all of my bestfriends and I shared moments that I will never forget. -
Mom starts dating Jimmy
My mom met Jimmy through work and started dating for the first time in a while. There was a father figure back in the environment I was used to with mom. -
Coach Russ passes away
My basketball coach that got my into playing club sports passed away from a heartattack in the middle of our season. This took a huge toll on my emotional stability. I felt guilty because I thought I brought Coach Russ stress. I lost a role model and inspiration at a stage of unstability. -
My Mom and Jimmy get married & Christian becomes my step-brother
It became official! My Mom got married for her third time, but this one felt right. Jimmy and his son, Christian, were the missing piece to the puzzle of our family. -
My little brother Ryder James is born
My Mom and Jimmy give birth to Ryder when I was 14 years old. I was more than excited to have, yet, another brother to love and take care of. -
Ryder has a swimming accident
During a Summer pool party at my house, Ryder drown in the pool, unconcious for almost two minutes. My mother revived him, but this incident was one that changed all our lives forever. -
Graduation from High School
I graduated High School and earned an athletic scholarship to play at Western Oregon University. -
Reconstructive ankle surgery
Due to a basketball injury, I have surgery on my ankle and foot. I was in a cast and walking boot for five months. I decided to transfer schools because I was no longer player basketball. -
Enrolled at ASU
I decide to attend ASU and eventually enroll into the Teacher's College. -
Fell in love with Bo
After a year of new personal adventures, Bo and I are able to meet up in Idaho to see each other for the first time in over a year. We soon decide that we want to live and be with each other... forever. Bo currently lives here in Tempe with me, and I love him so much!
