My Life

  • Childhood

I was born in Barstow, California on October, 11th 1997. I lived here till I was 5 in which my parents moved our family to Wyoming where they are both from. We moved to Cheyenne, Wyoming, which is where I grew up essentially.
  • Jr. High

Transitioning to Junior high was a blessing for me honestly. I loved having more people to talk to and interact with and this is where I met some of my lifelong friends that I still associate with to this day. In Jr. high I continued to grow as an athlete playing and competing in football, basketball, wrestling, and track as well. At this time being able to do all these sports was extremely fun. I miss being able to really feel like an athlete.
  • High School

I enjoyed high school greatly. I had a great time and also grew extensively in football as well. I really came into my own as a competitor at this time and it was clear to me, that my goal was to get to the collegiate level. I also continued to build incredible friendships that are carrying onto today as well. High school was simply where I found my goals and great friends that I plan to have for a very long time.
  • Goals to reality

By the end of my senior year of football I honestly wasn't sure if I was going to be able to make my dreams a reality. I definitely finished on a sour note with my team and I knew I wasn't ready to be done with the game. I continued contacting schools and sending my highlight film out, in search of being recruited by any school that was interested. I was soon picked up and contacted by Dakota Wesleyan and the process was put into place. The day i signed was an emotional day for me.
  • 1st Year of College

The year overall was a grind dealing with football, school, grades, and moving 7 hours away from my family and closest friends. I knew 1 other person when I first got here. I loved the environment and I was still able to make plays at this next level, which is exactly what I thought would happen. As the year progressed, school was never too difficult but it took a lot of dedication just like dealing with football. By the end of the year I had gone through a lot and just felt like I was burnt out
  • Decisions

I decided that after this year I will be transferring to a college closer to home. I haven't decided if I still want to try and play football or not. The idea of being done is getting easier to come to terms with, but I still love the game. I just feel like I'm paying too much to go here to sit on the bench for another or possibly even 2 more years before I actually play. I'm extremely excited to be back with my friends and especially be closer to my parents.

    School Years

Having both my parents as teachers, I always went to the same school that they taught at so I was never far away. 1st through 3rd grade I spent at my moms school and then decided to switch to my dads school when I was going into 4th grade in order to play school sports early. This is where I really began to show promise as an athlete while also participating in tackle football, playing on other basketball teams, and also running track for my school.
