I left Italy on a journey to come to America. The population in Italy was huge and I wanted a new home, I got on a ship leaving to America. -
Entering America
My ship brought me to America. My ship was crowded and it was a long way from Italy to America it took a little over a month to get to America. -
Getting a job
When I first arrived in America, I did not have a job. I got a job helping build and design. -
Selling my jewelry
I needed more money if I were going to make a living in America, I had no job yet.However, I sold my jewelry to a very nice women, That meant that I got more money. -
Moving West
I enjoyed my time here, however I thought I should move West to spread my faith more. I think there are a lot of people in the west whom I can spread my faith too. -

I had sold my jewelry and gotten a job that had paid me well. I had originally come to America to spread my Catholic faith. There was a lot of that I could do in the West, So I decided to travel west. -
Getting land in the West
I arrived in the west. I had been interested in having my own land, I heard they gave it out it the west. The land was free and not accupied, so I got it.
