9/11
This was the day of 9/11. It changes millions of peoples lives. It shocked the country and plunged us into 2 wars. Anyone over the age of 20 can tell you where the were at on the morning of September 11th. This event was important to me because of the impression it made on my parents and sister. I was only 3 when it happened, so I can't remember it very well. My parents and sisters can tell you almost anything about that day. -
First Dog
My grandfather gave my family a puppy. We named him Pippin (Lord of the Rings reference). He was the first dog I ever had from a puppy. He is now 14. -
Damon's Birth
My neiphew Damon was born on July 9th, 2012. He has been a major part of my life sense then. Ive spent a lot of time with him, and I try my best to be a good role model for him. -
Life Scout
When I became a Life Scout, i was able to start working on my Eagle Project. I have always dreamed of being a Eagle Scout, and making Life put me one step closer to reaching that dream. I am currently doing my project. -
License
I got my license in April. That was a huge day for me. It gave me freedom, as well as more responsibility. I have a lawn care business, and my license has allowed me to do this. -
Chattanooga Tennessee Shooting
On July 16th, 2015, Mohammad Youssef Abdulazeez shot and killed 4 Marines instantly. He also wounded a Navy sailor, who later died from his wounds. This was very emotional for me because I plan on joining the military. This event has made me even more aprehensive about joining the military. It showed me that the military aren't safe, even on our own soil. -
Bangkok Bombing
A sacred shrine in Bangkok was bombed and destroyed. The government believes it was a backlash toward the government. The military cesized the government back in 2014, and this was one of many recent explosions. -
New Tech
After 8th grade year, I came to New Tech. I went to Jefferson for middle school. Northrop was my feeder school, but sense Erin went to New Tech, I came too. I left all of my friends when I came here.
