    Samuel de Champlain creates first European settlement in Canada
    Samuel and his crew are the first europeans to create a setlement in Canada, they settle in quebec. This is very impoirtant because with this settlement it allows europeans to start moving over to Canada. Quebec is also a key location helping them in was like the war of 812. This is also key because with them being French settlers, it add a second language to the country.

    The Americans under the command of Richard Montgomery, capture Montreal and attack Quebec. 1776, Quebec withstands an American seige until the British Navy arrives. The revolution ends in 1776, December 31st.
