I had severe hearing problems when I was little and still have some problems today. Because of my hearing issues I struggle with pronoucing certain sounds.

Started speech therapy to help with the speech problems that I had from my hearing problems. Still can not pronouce all of my sounds.

Helped me to get into physical activity, working as a team, and becoming a leader. It also helped gave me goals to work towards and taught me what hard work is.

My family is everything to me and the addition of my little brother is something so deer to my heart. My little brother is now in the US Army and I could not be more proud of him.

This coach that I played for was very intense and yelled a lot. She tore me down as a person and I lost a lot of confidence from this. I ended up playing for her for 6 years

This started my fear and anxiety of people putting things in my ear because it was a traumatic experience.

I was bullied a lot my freshmen and sophomore years og high school. I ended up switching schools for my junior and senior year.

They found a whole on my ear drum and went in a places a skin graph over it. This has helped my hearing to improve slightly.

I lost almost all of my friends because I transferred schools

I was diagnoised with severe depression. During this time my parents gave me a dog that helped me get through this challenging time.

First Job working retail. I worked for this company for almost a year and a half and during this time was able to be promoted to management.

After a rough senior year filled with drama on both my club and high school team I called it quits.

I am much calmer and happier now. I have purpose for my life. I am no longer being treated for depression.

I have now worked for this family for almost two years now. They are so supportive and are another family to me.
