    Henry VIII is crowned king of England in 1509 and marries Catherin of Aragon and they have a daughter named mary.They soon divorce becasue Henry didnt have a son.

    Henry marries Anne Boleyn
    Henry and Anne together have a daughter named Elizabeth. Anne is charged with treason and executed.

    Henry marries Jane Seymour
    Henry finally gets the son hes been waiting for named Edward. Jane soon dies a few weeks later due to complications during pregnancy.

    King Charles rules with divine right, but still has problems with Parliament. Parliament refuses to fund wars so they tax England for money. Charles dismisses Parliament on and off.

    Scots plan to invade England in which they call Parliament for money. No money is for the king, but instead they limit Charles I power.
  • Attempts are made to arrest 5 members of Parliament

    After attempts were made to arrest 5 members of Parliament they escape and London is furious. A mob startrs outside the palace as Charles I leaves London and raises an army in Northern England.
