    To stay healthy it is important to exercise and get the right nutrition. Fruits and vegetables are great sources of vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Cutting down on high carb and high sugar foods like soda and hamburgers. Staying hydrated is important for good health. It is important to exercise most days. In today's world people are less likely to take a more physically demanding route, like driving their car instead of riding their bike.
