    -Spain gains New Orleans and all of French territory west of the Mississippi river (for Spain the French threat is gone).
    -France has no mainland of North America and Spain and Britain are the main power on the continent.

    -Coahuila y Texas passed a law there which is called State Colonization law of 1825 which was a settlementand immigration law.
