    Father Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla a priest in a mission in Dolores wanted an end to Spanish rule. He said rather loudly "WILL YOU NOT DEFEND YOUR RELIGION AND RIGHTS AS TRUE PATRIOTS?" and it worked. Mexico was freed.
