    The Haitian Revolution
    The Haitian Revolution was the revolution in which the Haitians on the island of Haiti had fought for their freedom and independence from the French. This had all started because the French had been mutilating and harshly using the Haitians as slaves and as so they acted out from it all and they attacked the French and the Affranchis (Slave owners and they aspired to be similar to the economic and social levels of the Europeans.)

    Romanticism was not a revolution of War really, but a revolution of art in which brings inspiration, and bringing out emphasis in the painting as it shows how the Artist felt when drawing this.This revolution had brought many works of art to be credited over time and especially between 1800 and 1850.The art and music and literature had been made all over Europe and soon after the world had felt the effect by looking at that art, it had made an impact and how it still effects the art of today.

    The Mexican War of Independence had all started when Napoleon had invaded and occupied Spain which had brought over the thought of Rebelling the Spaniards since they were sending all their men back to Spain to fight off the French. Then on September 16, 1810, Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla, A very well respected catholic priest had given the "Grito de Dolores" in order declare the war against Spain. The war of independence had been fought so that the Mexicans had fought for land and Racial Equality.

    After the uprising of Mexico, soon followed Venezuela which had fought against Spain for their own independence. Soon after Bolivia joined the War for their independence and they had successful fights against them. Soon Chile did too and Jose de San Martin had defeated the Spanish in Chile in 1817. This had all soon led to the other Latin countries in South America starting a revolution against Spain and soon they had all driven them out and back to their country.

    Soon after an uprising in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Bolivar took to action and they continued to rebel one revolt after another and that he seemed to be impossible to stop after the revolt in Buenos Aires after they had made the Spanish flee from the territory. Unfortunately, when they brought their cause back to Venezuela to gain their independence they had sadly failed and so Bolivar was forced in 1814. He then went across all Latin America fighting for their independence
  • Italian Unification

    Italy at this time period had been very detached from them selves. in the Italian Unification, several different Italian states had wanted to help come together and bring together the country as a whole. Then became the controversy of Pope Pius IX losing his powers if Italy became and actual country and soon after people all over the Italian States began rebelling in order for the unification with the help of famous radical figure Giuseppe Mazzini and Giuseppe Garibaldi to support the cause.
  • Greek Revolution

    Here in the Greek Revolution, the Greeks had been rebellious against the Ottoman Empire who had tried to suppress them but could not hold to their strength.The Greeks had invaded Turkey little by little sending in troops by foot. Once they had enough troops they were leaded by Egyptians and other people from Greek leader and then attacked the Ottoman empire. They could not withstand the Greeks so they had signed over the Treaty of Constantinople in July 1832 and Greece became independent.

    On September 7, 1822, Prince Dom Pedro of Brazil had declared for Brazil to fight against Portugal for the right of their independence for them. The two countries were in fact just one country in a sovereign monarchy but the people in Brazil had wanted to separate with Portugal and become their own nation. SO they had started a revolution against them. With the strong government control headquartered and the great leadership of Dom Pedro they became the independent country you see today.
  • German Unification

    Here in Time Germany was in a problem of getting their territory beck from Prussia, Denmark and France. They then fought and tried many ways to get it back but non had succeed until Otto von Bismarck came along and helped lead Germany into reclaiming their land. He and Germany fought against Prussia and Denmark's ans their political views and had beaten them into reclaiming their land back.Otto then went against France in War in the Franco-Prussian War and had won back the land for Germany.
