    If people come to my restaurant at lunchtime, they will get a free half sandwich with any beverage purchased. I will start this deal on November 1, 2016, and run it the whole entire month until November 30, 2016. This shows that I want to gain back my customers’ trust after the food poisoning scare. Traffic builders are a good way to get people in the door, and to get them to try something that they might not otherwise.

    I will give out little mini coffee cake bites in the shape of mini muffins, and they will be topped with cinnamon sugar. This promotion will start on December 1, 2016, and run it throughout the month and through New Year’s until January 13. They will come free whenever you buy any other product of mine. I will also go to certain events throughout the holiday season and donate my baked goods.

    My coupons will be for 10% off any beverage or sandwich, as well as a buy one get one free coupon on any of my products. They will be good starting January 1, 2017, and they will expire six months later, on Julne 30, 2017. I will distribute these coupons in the mail and by handing them out in person. This will show that I am personable and want to make things right with all my potential customers; I care what they think about my restaurant and will do all I can to have their trust.

    My contest will be a cooking competition. People can submit their recipes to me, which will be the official way to enter. Then on Feburary 25, all the contestants will bring their food in to Pure Soul to be judged by the community, and the winner will get their recipe on my menu for a limited time, possibly permanently if it is very well received. This will improve the image of the restaurant because it shows I am open to the community’s ideas, and think that my food can always be improving.

    If the customer buys 10 coffees or sandwiches, they will get the 11th free. This will be marked on a punch card, with the punchouts being in the shape of a coffee cup. Once the effectiveness of my coupons has been proved, I will start this coupon plan to keep those customers who like the coupons coming back. My restaurant’s image will be improved with this coupon plan because it shows I am willing to sacrifice my own profits for the good of the business and to help people save money.
