Facebook Focus Group Page Created
I created a group on Facebook and invited people who fit my demographic. There, I will consult them regularly on their opinions of my ideas. -
Timeline Created
I created this timeline as to begin filling the requirement to display use of Time Management. To continue fulfilling this, I need to show that I have been refering back to this. -
Prepare Questions and Material for Focus Group
I need to know precisely what it is that I want to be asking so as I get the feedback that will help the most. I also need to allow time to do some quick sketches, find images etc. -

Display and Discussion with Focus Group
I will use this span of time to ask my focus group what they think of my ideas. I will ask questions and record feedback throughout this time, ready to evaluate the content of what I plan to do. -
Evaluation of Feedback and Construction of Final Ideas
I will take into consideration all the feedback I will have gathered and decide on what it is that I want to do, near exactly. Ideas may change slightly during the further planning process but at this point I should have a clear idea of how I want and need things to be.
As a result, I will produce a written plan including all the roles that need to be filled, the different shots I want to take and what I want to see in them etc. -

Here I will produce my sketches and ideas fo rmy print production -
Performers and Casting Meeting
On this day I will gahter together my potential cast members and go through the different roles I need to be filled, during that time assessing whether or not they are visually suitable, whether they have the required abiltiy and whether or not they are available. -

Locations and Health & Safety Organisation
On these days I will taking trips out to go and photograph the locations and discuss with the appropriate people as to whether or not they will be available for me to use -
Costumes and Props
Here I will go through each of my cast members and decide on which costumes will be best suited for their role. I will also then have to organise where these items will be coming from.
I will also need to go through all the props I will need, which will be many as I want a very built up and precise aesthetic within my diffeerent environments. -
Choerography and Blocking
Luckily my video does not involve any dance routines and so the choreography is going to be fairly straight forward. It is the blocking that will the most important thing as I will be working in spaces that I won't necessarily be familiar with. -

Spill Over Time
This period of time will be used for anything that did not happen on time and is not yet amended at this point. -
Personal Planning Deadline
This is when I want to aim to have everything done by in order to give me a few days for ammendment if needed and to ensure that I'm on target for meeting the actual dealine. -
DEADLINE for Planning
This is when all planning should be done, finally. As I have stated I aim to finish earlier so as to keep myself on track.
