    The first meeting of the Estates general in 175 years. Members of each estate came together to discuss the state of France and attempted to fix the economic problem. However King Louis kicked the 3rd estate out in fear he would lose money.

    Bank of France Established
    Napoleon made a lot of changes, one of which was making a bank. He made a bank because of the poor financial state of France during the revolution and how it affected France.
  • Establishment of National Education System

    Establishment of National Education System
    He established a school system for educational reforms. The main system was the Lycee. It was a higher form of education only for the smartest. Tuition had to be paid but if necessary the government could pay your tuition. This system was mainly to find smart people to put into the military.

    After such a long period of fighting between France and Austria Napoleon finally ends it. Common tactics used were hiding in trees and taking advantage of high ground. Napoleon is Credited as one of the best strategists of all time.

    This was a Naval battle in which Napoleon lost to Admiral Nelson. England won with 27 ships while France and Spain had 33 ships and still lost.

    Napoleon made the huge mistake of leading his main army of 614 thousand people into Russian territory. As the Russians retreated further north it became harder and harder for Napoleon's forces. He came out of Russia with 560 thousand less men.

    Napoleon marches on Waterloo to make a final effort on the English and Prussian armies. He loses and is captured. He is put on trial then exiled.
