Rumor of the factory owner thinking about cutting pay spread around the factory evn tho bread prices were rising. The workers vandalised the owners home. Nobles didnt care about riots. They knew they faced a severe economic crisis but tought finacial reforms would relieve the problem, but the reforms were not enough. July, the unemployed, hungry, and poor people took up arms. -

Delegates were deadlocked over voting. At first the 1st and 2nd estate would outvote the 3rd with a two to one vote. The 3rd estate wanted all 3 bodies to meet in one body and votes were counted by head. -
