    Early Months of 1810
    While Miguel Hidalgo was with his Mexican comrades in the "Literary Club" (formed by leaders of the independence), he began gaining Criollo followers, preparing for the Independence of Mexico. Yet in Europe, weakend Spain was being taken over a powerful Napoleon Bonaparte.

    Independence Discovered
    The original date for the indpendence to have taken place was on December, 8, 1810. Due to the information being leaked in the process of terrestial transfer (mail), the immediate arrest of those part taking in the "Literary Club" would need to happen immediatley. Doña Josefa allowed for the salvation by ordering a warning for Miguel Hidalgo, forcing the ignition of the revolution early.

    Grito de Dolores
    Miguel Hidalgo is informed of the catastrophe that his independence plan will take, and is forced to proceed. With few men and weapons he rings the church bells, and along the way gains followers, Criollos who would follow him to his death.

    Batalla de Granaditas (Battle of Granaditas)
    Due to the fast pace of Miguel Hidalgo taking through Mexico for it's independence, he was able to win one of the most valuable and important battles; crucial for Mexico to succeed in it's independence. Peninsulares cornered and murdered in a brutal fire with in a farm house.

    Monte de las Cruces
    Battle outbroke within the borders of the Mexican capital, and it took place in Monte de las Cruces. Hidalgo's men were outnumbered tactically and in weapons, yet he was able to come victourious, and so the Spanish rebels retreated. Hidalgo instead of heading for the capital chose to abstain from going outnumbered and low in ammunition, headed back from the Capital to resupply.

    In an assault of the Mexican rebels against the Spanish troops, the Mexican's suffered a horrid tactical loss. A wagon full of explosives malfunctioned and caused a catastrophic explosion making the Criollos flee from the battle scene, a great win for the Spanish.

    Death of Miguel Hidalgo
    The leader of the Mexican independence was captured, now Mexican followers would be left to question their loyalty. Hidalgo was sumbitted to a harsh trial and death soon after the trial was ended.

    Battle of Temalca
    Jose Morelos was leading a group of rebels against the Spaniards in the Battle of Temalca, unfourtunatley he was outnumbered and captured. Morelos and the surviving men were taken to Mexico City for their trial and execution.

    Plan de Iguala
    As it can be interpreted from the context of the Plan, Iguala = Igualdad. Iturbe and Guerrero created this plan in order to follow three guarantees - Equality, consitutional monanrchy, and maintain same job appointances. Viceroy O’Donojú allowed for the approval of the movement, beleive that no Europan country should rule Mexico, if somebody should, it should be a person within the New World.

    Iturbe ended the war that plagued Mexico with death and battle scars, by enerting Mexico City, Mexico was given freedom but would later on demonstrate incompitence for self rule.
