    “Locke also developed a definition of property as the product of a person’s labor that would be foundational for both Adam Smith’s capitalism and Karl Marx’s socialism. Locke famously wrote that man has three natural rights: life, liberty and property.” John Locke believes that you are born with three natural rights: life, liberty, and property. And that no one can take it from you. Also that the government has to protect those basic rights.

    "Montesquieu viewed the English king as exercising executive power balanced by the law-making Parliament, which was itself divided into the House of Lords and the House of Commons, each checking the other. Then, the executive and legislative branches were still further balanced by an independent court system." Montesquieu believed in the separation in powers. That there should be 3 parts of separation executive, legislative, and judicial. And that they would all have balance power.

Spain made the Encomienda system and enslaved natives.” Spaniard would take materials for the Mexicans and not pay them back. they would kill the Mexican if they didn’t give it to them. Would also force natives to work and enslave them.

The revolutionary tract called for the end of Spanish rule in Mexico, redistribution of land, and racial equality. After some initial successes, Hidalgo was defeated, captured, and executed.

Mexicans Wanted to start their own government and beliefs but Spain wouldn’t let them. The government they wanted was a sovereign government which is a government that operates its own independent nation without interference from foreign powers.

In 1825, the "Republic of Bolivia" was created in honor of the inspirational leader" Simon Bolivar used John Locke's beliefs to enlighten the Spanish American to create a new order for the Spanish. He helped the people of Argentina and would also help Peru, Chile.
