    The time period A.D 284 someone named Diocletian became emperor or ruler.He introduced political changes to try to make things great again. He divided the empire in to four sections cause it was so big. Yes, their was rulers of each of the four sections but he was the main ruler.He really was for pulling the empire back together and he was for everybody not just they wealthy.
