There was enslaved labor force and they were controlled by whites they owned the plantations.

In buenos aires argentina there was a movement bolivar and the juntas helped get independence for venezuela the spaniards fought them and they gained independence for venezuela he fought the spanish to gain the independence for peru which they did the Latin countries became independent

They started to search for proof and to show that their ideas and their thought are correct. However they saw this as a time to be spiritual and to adventure. Italy united after France lost.
