    This creates the second country after the United States became independent,Haiti has a slave revolt. The French colony was St Dominque where they have a increasing company, the mixed race wants civil rights. Slaves planned a revolt which involves commissioners going to Toussaint L Ouverture to end slavery. Thomas Jefferson heard about this and feared what will the United States do about the colony.

    Romanticism is the attitude orientation that characterized many works of literature like paining, music, architecture, and historiography. In western civilization romanticism is a rejection of the precepts of order, it is also a reaction against the enlightenment and against 18th century rationalism. There was a new appreciation of the medieval romance from which romantic movement got its name.

    Miguel Hidalgo read the revolutionary tract which is the Cry of Dolores. His army marched to Mexico City capturing the Mexican capital but was captured and killed in 1811 followed by other leaders. The royalists were the ones who brought about independence,in 1820 liberals took power in Spain and made a new government. Agustin de Iturbide killed the royalists forces and Juan signed the Treaty of Cordoba which made Mexico independent constitutional monarchy.

    Victor Emmanuel governed with a parliament that made the democratic majority refuse to sign the treaty. Italian leaders have voted while Camillo Benso di Cavour formulated commercial treaties and reduce the public debt. Piedmont was sent to war and there he took over Savoy and outlaw the Mazzinian movement.

    In the south San Martin defeated the Spanish in Chile in 1817 which give him more victories for the cause of Latin American Independence.While San Martin got the independence back Agustin de Iturbide took a command of beginning Mexican Independence and met with Guerrero who he made a ally. Agustin destroyed spanish rule and instituted a monarchy in Mexico and Central America which made Mexico a free and independent country while South America separates into individual countries

    It was a successful war by the Greeks to win independence for Greece from the Ottoman empire. The anniversary for this day is a national day, the success of the revolution inspired freedom struggles throughout the Balkans. Greeks were at the ottoman empire at this time they control the Orthodox church and the ecumenical patriarchate. Few years later both of them disagree on independence and begin to go to war.

    King Dom Joao VI has a kingdom and on 1815 he gave this throne to his son Dom Pedro. Portugal experienced the constitutional revolution which made the people wanting the king to come back, General Jorge forced the new king to banish the ministers. Dom Pedro claimed that he will stay and pledge loyalty to the Brazilian cause. On October 12 Pedro was an emperor and defender of Brazil.

    It was a rough time for the Spanish colonies because Napoleon Bonaparte replaced dethroned Ferdinand and replace him with his brother. Mexico was the first person to revolt and Miguel Hidalgo lead it and was killed. Simon Bolivar lead a movement for Venezuelan independence but the Spanish failed which made Bolivar flee the country. He began to conquer most of northern South America and won victories for himself and his army then he separate them to the countries Venezuela, Colombia and Ecuador.

    Otto von Bismarck pushed German to blood and iron as Prussia competed with Austria. Bismarck wanted to create a German empire so he went and made an alliance with Austria to fight Denmark. Prussia surrounded Austria forcing them to give up the land and remove itself from all German affairs. Bismarck's next goal was to get the southern provinces, after years of fighting Prussia declare the German empire
