  • Napoleon invaded Spain

    Napoleon took the Iberian Peninsula with his troops. Meanwhile Manuel Godoy had problems with Fernando, son of the King Carlos VII. Then he sent his brother Jose to take the power in Spain.

  • Grito de Dolores

    It was on September 10, 1810 in Dolores, Guanajuato. The parish Miguel Hidalgo reunited to all the indigenous people of the town and claimed about the liberation of Spain and abolished the slavery.

  • Hidalgo, Aldama, Allende and Jimenez were shot

    Meanwhile the fifth for the independence was growing, the Spanish army took the head leaders of the movement, so they prisoned them, shoot them and also they took their head and put it in the highest part of an army liar.

    Morelos proclaimed the independence and established the Republic as a form of government.

    This was a document, that Morelos wrote, it said that America is free of all type of slavery of Spain.

    Morelos was shoot in San Cristobal, Ecatepec.

  • End of the Independence

    The end of the Mexican Independence was when Agustin de Iturbide enter to Mexico City.
