The Declaration of Pillintz was a declaration signed by Austria and Prussia. The declaration stated that the French had to stop the revolution or they'd be invaded and destroyed. The Austrians and Prussians both wanted them to stop the revolution because they didn't want their countries to have a revolution like the French.

Napoleon Bonaparte rose in the ranks of the French Army during the revolution. When the revolutionist took control of the French Army Napoleon was put on charge of the army. Napoleon defeated invading countries during the revolution
