For the first time in 175 years, all 3 of the Estates' representatives gathered for a meeting called the Estates General Meeting. Here is where the nobility and the clergy teamed up against the peasants by majority rule and equal amounts of representatives on each side. Some lawyers were locked out of the meeting.

A group of 3rd Estate members who were locked out of the meeting. They wanted to separate from the other 2 Estates and start their own group.

The Oath of the Tennis Court was just outside of the Assembly where there was a tennis court where all of the peasants pledged to never stop meeting until there is a new constitution.

The prison/storehouse in Paris called the Bastille was obtained by the National Assembly and the nobles brought their army in to fight. People of the 3rd Estate took down the Bastille brick-by-brick in order to resemble the taking down of a tyranny

A Declaration (not constitution) made by the National Assembly very similar to the Declaration of Independence was made. It demanded an end to tyranny, sovereignty to all people, and more freedoms and rights to the 3rd Estate.

The Assembly that made up the Radicals, the Moderates, and the Conservatives starts to make laws that will determine how the revolution will move on.

Once they did this action, the Republic was formed which would start a new wave of the Revolution.
