After being forced to meet at a nearby tennis court, they took an oath that promised them to meet everyday until the declaration of rights of man was created and justice to the people was served.

The group had finally decided to fight back, so they went and collected all the weapons but there was no gunpowder to be found. The people knew where the gunpowder was though. It was stored in a castle called the Bastille. So they attacked it. They killed all the guards on duty and took the gunpowder.

Tired of having no rights they created a declaration that told the rights of the people and how far the government could take their power. All they needed was a signature from King Louis, which they would soon get.

Angry about the conditions and not being able to feed their family's; the women of Paris marched to the palace of Versailles where king Louis and his family stayed, killed the guards and brought the royal family back to Paris Along with all the food and flour supply of the palace.

After sitting on house arrest for a while they had finally had a plan in place. Late that night they dressed as peasants, and headed for the Austrian border. They were captured in the town right by the border, and taken back to Paris, only to be jailed.

Austria, Prussia, Portugal, Spain and Britain declared war on France and invaded

When the war started, the French army was losing and the Austrian, and Prussian army got within 30 miles of Paris so they stepped up. They started killing anyone who was against the French revolution. 40,000 people, including Marie antionette will be sent to the guillotine. The reign of terror ends with Maximillen Robespierre being sent to the Guillotine.
