Robespierre, leader of the Reign of Terror was arrested by the National Convention. He encouraged over 17,000 people to death by the guillotine during the revolution. The day after his arrest, he was sent to the guillotine along with 21 of his followers.

Called the "Declaration of the Rights and Duties of Man and Citizen of 1795". This constitution affectedly ended the revolution. Napoleon Bonaparte came into charge.
