The king issued the first meeting in 175 years . He did this because the taxes were unfair . The taxes was unfair because the kings personal spending was huge. There was a huge debt that caused the meeting also . It was all because financial problems . -

The Tennis Court Oath was a pledge signed by All except one member of the third estate . They made a confrence room inside a tennis court in the Saint Loius districe of Versaillies . The oath was , "not to separate, and to reassemble wherever circumstances require, until the constitution of the kingdom is established" . The doors were locked, and they all panicked . they later thought that it could have been because the royal family was still sad over the oldest sons death, from 2 weeks before. -
The storming of Bastille
The Bastille was a royal government in Paris . They had economic problems . It happened around a Jail with only about 14 inmates in it. -
Guillotine is introduced.
This was created to execute people. They said it would kill them faster , and maybe even not painful. It would cut the persons head off, and the people would gather around watching it happen. -

On this day she was exucted . This was after the execution of her husband . The crowd was cheering , and the crowd was given her head after being executed . -

He was executed on this day . As well as 21 other people.
