Rome enacted Law of the Twelve Tables(Third place)

Law of Twelve tables was based the old common law, and still in favor of the aristocratic slave-owners. However, it limited private ownership, patriarchal slave owners, inheritance, debt and all aspects of criminal law, procedure. Thus, it limited the power of the aristocratic judge to interpret the law at will. Law of Twelve Tables reflects the development of Roman slavery and the formation of slave - class states.

Punic wars(Sixth place)

Punic wars were the wars between ancient Rome and ancient Carthage for the western Mediterranean sovereignty.

Constitutio Antoniniana (Eleventh place)

Caracalla enacted Constitutio Antoniniana which allowed the Roman-born males who were free enjoyed the Roman citizenship. Also it allowed the Roman-born free females enjoyed the same right as the Roman females and Caracalla tried and failed to control the process of power shifting from the west to Greece and eastern, instead it even accelerated the process. It helped Greece become the main force of Europe during midieval.
