    Biosocial - My favorite past time was dancing around the room and using finger paints.
    Cognitive - Around the age of 3 or so, I remember thinking the word "sandwich" had something to do with both sand and a witch. I later found out that was one word, and had nothing to do with either thing.
    Psychosocial - I met my best friend in preschool at age 4.

    Biosocial - I lost my first tooth when I was six years old.
    Cognitive - I participated in my first science fair at age 10.
    Psychosocial - I went to summer camp for the first time, spending a week away from my family, at age 9.

  • Biosocial -I began to notice changes with myself, and realized I needed things like deoderant and a training bra.

    Emerging Adulthood

  • Biosocial - I lost 50lb and began to eat heathier and exersice.

  • Cognitive - I completed a certificate program for medical assistant.

  • Psychosocial - I moved out of my parents house after starting my first full time job.

  • Cognitive - I returned to college and completed both an associate degree in liberal arts and a program for licensed practical nursing.

  • Cognitive - I returned to college again and completed an associate degree for registered nurse.

  • Psychosocial - I got married!

  • Biosocial - I quit smoking!

  • My first grandchild is born! It's a boy!

  • I get two more grandchildren! My daughter has twins!

  • I offically retire on my 65th birthday

  • Biosocial- I join the first exersice class that I actually stick with! Water aerobics

  • Psychosocial- My husband and I join a senior travel group!

  • Cognitive - I start speech therapy to help improve my memory and cognition after I got confussed in the grocery store.

  • My last day was spent with my family. I was in the hospital with pneumonia that I just couldn't recover from.
