Prenatal Development and Birth
I was created with one egg that split into two. My mother was healthy during her pregnancy except at the end. (Not sure what the complication was) Didn't drink or smoke before or during and was active until the end of the pregnancy. -

Born in Kalamazoo, MI - with my twin sister 2 months early at just around 3 lbs. Stayed in hospital for lung development for 6+ months. -

Sucked my thumb. -

Began to roll over more. Sitting up more. Liked to pull on Mom's hair. I also like to grap anthing within site and "pley" with it. -

Began to babble and make sounds trying to make out words. -

Began to walk. 1st from couch to couch then eventually eveywhere. -

My brother was born into our family. Our family expanded. -

Read books with mom and tried to "read" full multiword sentences. She read to me duing all of my first two years. -

Heaby attachment to mom. My mother was a stay-at-home mom. I never wanted to have her out of my site. Also loved to visit Gma with mom. -
Middle Childhood Psychosocial Development
My mom, sisters and I would work together as a "team" to raise our animals on the farm. From milking goats to feeding pigs. We also bailed hay together. -

Toilet Training began. Not sure when I mastered it. -

1st role as a main character in church Christmas play. -

Learned how to ride a bike without training wheels in the backyard with grandma. -

Began attending Awana's at church. Youth group. -

Started Gymnastics. Learned to do tumble, balance and more. -

Made my first and only book. It included my family and many drawing and few words. I still have it today. -

Attached to my sister like glue. In class we sat together all the time. All of my school pictures are with her by my side in the early years. -

Learned to play Trumpet in the school band. -

Began to play sports in school. Basketball, softball, track and volleyball. -

Blue Lake Fine Arts camp. Also, Basketball camp. -

Puberty hit, Period, and increase in body fat. Had to "watch" what I ate. -

Mission trip with my church group to Mexico. -

Began highschool in the college prep program. Inducted into the Honor Society. -

My 1st serious Boyfriend who I would date for 5 plus years. -

Graduation with honors. -

Began college. I also worked for my father's company. -

Began my 1st diet. Became almost obsessive in what I ate and what I weighed. I played basketball in college at this time also and was scrutinized by the coach about my weight - being to little. I quit the next year and started to run. I also became less strict with my eating habbits and lost the anxiety I had during basketball. -

Began to work full-time with my father. I also worked there with my mother. I learned how a buisiness is ran. -

Ran the Chicago Marathon - began running to stay in shape after college and it led to this. -

I lost my mother to breast cancer. This truely changed so many things in my life. -

Became a member of my local Triathlon Club - still am part of that club today. -

Trained all spring and summer and completed my 1st of 18 Ironman Triathlons - I race today as an elite. -

My 1st breakup. I actually was married to my high school sweatheart from 1998 to 20003 and we divorced shortly after marriage due to "personal differences" - today we have both made better lives and relationships after it. -

Became a licensed Optician (hard test) for the Henry Ford Health system. I started work with them at this time also. -

Married the man I was made to be with. Very lucky to have a super supportive wonderful husband. -

Began back to school to be a nurse. I will finish it this time. -

Keeping up with working out to keep the body from changing. Loosing muscle but making sure to keep the training up for triathlons. -

Graduate with honors and as a Nurse from Modonna Universtiy. -

Have a job as a nurse. Possibly go back and get my masters as a P.A. -
