    The Allies decided they need an organization to keep peace in countries at war. Canada has its own place in the UN. Because of Canada's involvement in the UN and it's peacekeeping mission, Canada gain its reputation as the peacekeeping country.

    Short for "The North Atlantic Treaty Organization". The main countries part of NATO are: Great Britain, France, America, and Canada. Their purpose is to form a mutual defense against attacks from external parties.

    Canada's Lester Pearson was tasked with the duty to solve the Suez Crisis. It was the first time the UN soldiers to not shoot, but keep peace instead.
