    This is significant to Canada because the stock market crash affected everyone. Not only in Europe and the United States but Canada too!
    There were five major reasons why this ocured: the stocks were overvalued, too many people borrored money to be able to invest in the stocks, the companies exceeded their production needs, trades were decrease due to the raising of tariffs, and lastly, many demanded repayment from loans from World War One, espically European countries.

    Dionne Quintuplets
    The Dionne Quintuplets are 5 identical girls. They were the first quintuplets to be born and having all of them surivive. They were raised by a doctor and forced to be taken away from their parents. Their parents were forbided to visit them. Years later, they were finally able to come back home to there real parents and not live with the doctor in a hospital.

The Trekkers ways of protesting was to ride on box cars to Ottawa, to be able to participate in the Regina Riot. This is significant to Canada history because this is a learning oppourtunity. The Canadian government now learns how to control the people and how to react if this event were to happen again.

    Canada declares war on Germany. This was the first battle that Canada had participated in for World War Two. Now Canada joins World War Two. These battles consisted of: Battle of Juno Beach, Battle of Hong Kong, Battle of Dieppe, Battle of Britian. The canadian had participated in many of the battles in World War 2.

    The British Commonwealth Air Training Plan was put together to prepare air crews for World War 2 in a variety of roles such as: pilots, operators and navigators. There was a main training ground, Malton Airport, located in Toronto, Canada but there were a total of 231 sites and 36 schools created for young, single men who look forward to battle overseas.

    This event was a reflection of the holocaust that happened with Hitler in Europe. The Canadians had established internment camps of the Japanses Canadians. To this day, Canadian regret some of the history that had been made and this is an event that everyone can learn from.

    The Canadians performed an interment on all Japanese Candians in Britsh Columbia. The Japense-Candians would make them pack up for a few days. There was a total of approximately 21 000 citizens. They were given identification cards to prove that they were Japanses Canadian The Japanese Candians of all ages, little babies to elders were sent to camps and most were sent to the work camps. Their businesses were destroyed and if they were lucky enough to return to their homes, everything was gone.

    The battle of Ortona was in Ortona, Italy. Canadians verses Germans, Germany had already occupied this part of Italy. They were battling in a small town, traveling from house to house. The streets were too narrow which limits their weapons. They weren't able to use tanks because of it. They battled until December 28, where Canada's repetition continued. Canada won which shows that they are an autonomous nation.

    The Canadian troops were sent to Juno Beach on the coast of Normandy in France. There were thousands of Canadian troops that participated in this battle. By using planes and artillery pre-fired they were able to make history. Juno Beach had decent land conditions: the sand provided excelllent base for troops and their vehicles, however, the sand would trun into mud if it had rained. This battle was significant to Canada because of the achievements that were made. This was the end of Worl War 2
