I will save 50 dollars from my weekly paycheck, starting today, to have 2,500 dollars by the end of august next year. I will use this money to pay for food and other necessities like soap and shampoo in college. This way i will have spending money too. I will do this by cutting back my shopping money and eating out less.

I received 300 dollars in cash from various relatives for Christmas and I am putting 200 of it into my savings account for college spending money.

By now, i should have 1000 dollars saved up that will go towards my college spending money. I will have completely cut back on shopping. No more eating out either.

I received a lot of graduation money from relatives, and i put half of it in my college spending money account. I got 600 dollars, so now i have 300 extra dollars in my savings account. I am now at 2200 dollars.

I now have 3,000 which is already over my goal so i take 300 out to go shopping for new school clothes. This still sets me at 2,700 which is still over my goal and i have two more months to go.

I now have 3,100 dollars in my account to spend at college which is well over my goal. I take out 100 dollars to take my family out for dinner before i leave because I probably won't see them for a while since im not living in Mackinaw.
