Living in a dorm, joining a sorority, living away from my parents for the first time.

Going to the bar was the best time of my life or so I thought

Dad suffered severe stroke
2 weeks after my 21st birthday my dad suffered a severe stroke affecting the right side of his body, he would never come back completely the only word he spoke after it was NO, and was only able to use his left side. Never walking again.

Dad Died
After suffering 4 years from a stroke he would never recover from, my dad passed away on a cold fall morning, after being in a hospice program for a little more than a month, he went peacefully ultimatly passing from a heart attack.

Lost my dream job
Lost my dream job due to funding, at a daycare where I loved going to work every day. Got my current job which helped show me that I could fullfil my dream of becoming a nurse, showing me everything happens for a reason.

Doctor Visits are vital to your health
My sister had to have her thyroid removed due to lumps on it that came back non-diagnostic, after it was removed pathology came back with cancer, I then had an ultrasound done and they found lumps on mine, although mine came back non-cancerous I learned the importance of checkups.

Went to Las Vegas for the first time in my life, and I went alone, after researching how good a solo vacation is for you! It was amazing! -

I decided to make November 1 the day of my death, so that I could experience one last Halloween. One of my favorite days of the year.
