    Brian Mulroney served as Canada's prime minister form 1984-1993. He is most well known for the creation of the landmark free trade agreement with the U.S as well as NAFTA. His time was also known by his efforts to get Quebec to sign the constitution with the Meech Lake Accord and the Charlottetown Accord which both failed.
