I will practice various stretching techniques.

I will develop a muscle endurance regimine.
* 20 Push-ups every hour
* Lift weights (lite)
* Chop Wood
* As many pull-ups as possible
I will track my progress -
Cardiovascular Endurance
I will improve my cardiovascular endurance through the following training exercises:
* 20 minutes light jog on treadmill
* 1 hour of vigorous activity through pick-up games (Basketball, Soccer, Football)
* Cool down jog around track
* Ride bike home -
Body Composition
I will analyze my current diet and makechanges in order to improve body composition.
* Fruits, vegetables, and whole grains should take up most of my diet,
* I should dink water instead of sugary drinks or milk.
*I will cut back on processed foods and junk snacks with empty calories.
* I may try eating fish instead of red meat a couple times a week.
