    20's
When I am in my 20's, for my eating habits, I will try my hardest to eat the best I can with healthy amounts of both fruits and vegetables. It will be hard because I will not yet have a stable income due to college, but I will try my hardest. For my physical activity, I will try to run everyday before classes and lift weights every other day. For my preventive health care, I will go to the doctor for annual check ups, stay up to date on my vaccines, and take medicine when I need it.

    30's
When I am in my 30's, I will hopefully have a stable income, so I will be able to afford a healthy eating style, I will continue to eat fruits and vegetables and have a regular exercise reutine that will keep me in shape. Before each exercise I will stretch because as I age, I will get hurt more often. I will also continue to go to the doctor for annual check ups to make sure everything is fine.

    40's
When I am in my 40's, I will want to keep a healthy diet because now that I am getting older, my body is digesting food a lot slower, thus causing obesity. I will also have to have a constant workout to prevent this in addition. I will now go to my doctor more often now that I can get hurt easily now. People in this time often have a mid-life crisis so, I will report this to my doctor as well.

    50's
When I am in my 50's, I will have a higher risk of having a stroke, cancer, and weight management. I will continue to have the same diet and go a little bit lighter on my workouts now that my recovery time is long. When I am this old, I will report that is out of the ordinary to my doctor because any little things can signify a big problem.

    60's
When i am in my 60's, I will try to do everything as I did in my 50's but the only thing that really changes is my risk in disease. I will be going to the doctor's office a lot more now that I have these risks.
