    The french and indian war was more commenly known by french canadians "The War of Conquest." This was mostly fought by the British and the Royal French forces and native americans were on both sides of the war. it was fought in which is now the United States of America. it went from spread from vergina to nova scotia. It was a dispute over the two rivers called Allegheny and Monongahela.

    Sir John A MacDonald Becomes Canada's first Prime minister. the first building for canada's parlament was called the Legislative Assembly of Upper Canada. The first provences of canada were Ontareo, Quebec, New Brunswick, and NovaScotia

    It was also renamed the north west territories

    this was because many of the bison were killed by the europeans

    This was intended to assimalate the native children into europeans, They did this by seperating them from their families, and made them live in the school. the schools were made by different churches, 60% roman chatholic 30% anglacain church of canada.

    Sk. was explored in 1690, and settled in 1774. It bacame a provence in 1905
    Ab. was explored in 1731, it was settled at least by 1878 but we are not sure, it also became a province in 1905

    Nunavut is the largest and newest territory in canada it was officialy a territory in 1999 but the boundries were decided in 1993. it was the first major change on canada's map since Newfoundland in 1946.
