Today I was born. I was considered a full term baby although I wasn't due for a couple more weeks. My mom went in for a prenatal check up and had protein in her urine so her kidneys were not functioning properly. So they told her go home and pack because she was going having a baby today. I was breech so my mom had me by C-section. My gender was a surprise to my parents. I was born a healthy baby girl weighing 6 pounds, 12 ounces and 21" long. They decided to name me Marissa Annemarie Campbell.

Today I cut my first tooth and I was very fussy and unhappy.

I made all the normal baby sounds and babbling until today. Today I spoke my first simple word which was "mama."

Today I am 11 months old and I don't drink out of a bottle anymore and I don't eat baby food. My mom and dad introduced me to solid foods that the rest of the family eats and I don't know how I feel about them yet.

Today I am just over 14 months old. I took my first steps independently without help from my mom or dad.

Today I am 18 months old and I go to daycare for the first time. As soon as my mom leaves to go to work I begin to cry as she leaves me with these strange people and other kids. I don't like it at all.

I had my first play date with another girl from my daycare. I had a lot of fun playing with her.

Today was the first day my mom wouldn't let me have my pacifier and I really didn't like this at all. But I eventually got used to it and decided I could live without one.

My little brother was born today and I was so excited. My mom let me hold him and I couldn't wait to play with him.

Today I am no longer wearing diapers. I finally learned how to go potty by myself without any accidents.

My mom signed me up for athletic activities such as swimming classes and dance classes. I cried at first because I was scared and didn't want to do anything but I eventually learned to enjoy them.

My little sister was born today and I was so excited to have another little kid to play with. My mom let me hold and feed her too, just like with my brother.

Today was my first day of pre-school and I don't know what to think of it at first. But I came to like it.

I started kindergarten today and I liked it a lot since it was a step-up from pre-school.

I made my first friend today and I went to her birthday party a couple weeks later which was really fun.

Today was my first day of first grade and elementary school.

My dog died today and I was very sad. I cried a lot and I remember not wanting to say goodbye to her.

I started developing and my mom bought me my first training bra to wear. I thought it was weird but I remembered that I am starting to grow.

Today I started middle school and I am nervous since it's even harder now but I am excited to meet new people too.

Today was the first day I started shaving my legs and I remember my mom teaching me how to shave carefully.

Today I started menstruating and my mom told me it was the beginning of womanhood for me.

Today I got my first pimple.

Today was my first day of high school. I was definitely nervous but excited as well.

I joined the bowling team in high school and started bowling competetively as well. I quickly fell in love with it.

I started experimenting with make-up and I remember my friend helped me put it on and showed me how to do it.

I got my first part-time job as a hostess at a restaurant and I was excited to finally be making my own money.

I went to my first high school dance with my boyfriend and a group of friends.

Today was my high school graduation and I received my diploma. I was so excited to see what the future holds for me!

I went to to college in Alabama where I declared biology as my major.

I started bowling in college and I loved it.

I transferred to a college in Kentucky where I changed my major to nursing.

I started bowling for my new college and I still have a passion for it.

Today I got accepted into nursing school!!

Today I signed a lease for my first apartment to live in while I am in nursing school in Kentucky.

Today I graduated from college and received my BSN from Union College.

Today, my husband and I became homeowners and we purchased our first house.

I graduated from Graduate School with my Master's Degree in neonatal nursing and soon after, found a job!

Today my life changed for the better because my first child, a healthy little boy, was born. My husband and I named him Cameron.

Everyday I see more and more wrinkles and I'm starting to ache in more places. It takes me longer to do things too.

Today I passed. My family is saddened as I have passed but will celebrate the long and fulfilled life I have lived the past 90 years. I died of old age and went to the Lord peacefully in my sleep.
