    I get an internship as a welder's apprentice or helper. This helps me gain more experience.

    I got my job when applying for the Teexas Pipeline Assosiation and getting a job in Big Springs, Texas after being a welding apprentice for a few months.

    I get a raise of $10 more an hour

    I eventually retire at the age of 48. I decided to retire early because I was starting to have medical problems.
