    Exercise 30-60 minutes a day.
    You have a lower metabolic rate now, so adjust your diet accordingly. Get enough essential vitamens, mineras and other nutriens like iron, folic acid, calcium, potassium, V vitamins, vitamin D, firber, and healthy omega-3 fats.
    Do "de-stressing" activities.
    Get enough sleep! take naps.

    Visit the doctor every 2-3 years.
    Exercise 60 minutes a day.
    Your body is getting weaker and will have more health issues, so try to go easy on yourself.
    You may be more sensitive to some foods, so adjust your diet accordingly.
    Keep lowering your caloric intake.
    Strength/resistance training. Make sure you warm up!
    Eat more fruit and vegetables.
    Take a probiotic.

    Visit the doctor every 1-2 years.
    Exercise 30-60 minutes a day. Do aerobic ecersices.
    You might have pain doing some of the exercises and eating some of the foods you are used to, be careful.
    Continue to adjust your caloric intake.
    Eat lots of fruit and veg!
    Make sure to get essential fatty acids, omega-3 in particular.
    Maybe get an anti-inflammatory supplementation.
    Exercise regularly to reduce the risk of Type 2 diabetes.
    Dont smoke or use tabacco.

    Visit the doctor every 1-2 years. (including the dentist)
    Exercise 30 minutes a day. (ex. resistance training, yo, Tai Chi, swimming, water jogging, aqualift, cycling, rowing.)
    Make a nutrient rich diet. This can help you with inflammation and pain, poorer digestion, and decreased or disrupted metabolism.
