  • MY 20's

    MY 20's
Your 20's are typically your most active physically because you are at your physical peak, and in other ways, like sexually. To maintain proper health, I will use sunscreen to protect my skin and to visit my medical professional frequently to check for STIs, while also being safe around drugs and alcohol. I will make sure to eat enough nutritional foods to support an active lifestyle, maintained by taking time even if I am busy to engage in physically stimulating activities every day.
  • MY 30's

    MY 30's
Your 30's are when you begin to settle down into a more stable, working lifestyle to raise a family. This means I will have to take the time to eat right, get enough rest and relax, even if I feel like I am too busy. I will spend time outside to relax and get exercise at the same time. Even if it is hard to cook for a whole family, I'll try not to take shortcuts where food is involved. To maintain my health I will attend regular check-ups to prevent any early-developing cancers or diseases.

    MY 40's
In your 40's, stress mounts while you continue to pursue your career whilst raising a family. I will balance the stress in my life by spending time doing things I love to do like biking, cooking, and reading, which will also satisfy my proper exercise and eating habits. Because I will be reaching middle age and with that comes more frequent health issues, I will watch for pain, aching, or other abnormalities in my body and visit my doctor to know if I need to be concerned about any of it.

    MY 50's
In your 50's, chronic health problems and other age-related problems begin to appear and affect your life. To make sure I stay healthy while I travel into older age, I will eat foods high in vitamins and minerals I may be lacking to strengthen my body and continue to be active so that I can maintain my energy daily. I will get physical exams and screenings more than usual to be extremely safe about possible health concerns.
  • MY 60's

    MY 60's
Your 60's are a time of less stress and worries so it is easy to relax too much and settle down into a life lacking proper mental and physical stimulation. I must make sure I exercise every day because it will prevent my body from becoming stiff and more susceptible to health issues. I will check in with my doctor to get exams and diet recommendations. Lots of protein with little fat in my diet should help me maintain a healthy weight that will keep me living a balanced life for years to come.
