    My 20s

I will focus on eating foods that have a lot of protein and going to the gym to work out or go jog if I am unable to go to the gym. As for preventative health care I would go to the doctor every year or two years, depending on how I feel, and I would make sure to stay up to date with my vaccinations and medicines.

    The 30s
  • Period: to

    My 30s

During this time I would be consuming less proteins and more carbohydrates, while using the energy from them by jogging and biking. I would also keep going to the gym. I would keep taking vaccinations when needed and I also will go to counseling sessions if I smoke, drink, or have depression.

    The 40s
  • Period: to

    My 40s

During this time I would be less likely to be able to go to the gym as regularly as I used to, so I would have an even bigger drop in my protein consumption, the daily recommended amount, and I would eat more fibers, iron, and omega-3. I would still keep jogging and biking to keep my cardiovascular system healthy. I would keep taking my needed vaccines and get blood pressure tests near the end of my 40s.

    The 50s
  • Period: to

    My 50s

During my 50s I would be too old to be able to go to the gym, so I would do less intense workouts and focus on mainly jogging, or walking, to stay healthy. I would eat more vitamins as well as consume foods that would lower blood pressure, blood sugar, and risks of any other heart diseases. I would begin having regular cholesterol, blood pressure, and blood sugar check ups since these start being an issue at this age. I will also need to increase the amount of vaccines that I take regularly.

  • Period: to

    My 60s

At this age I would be quite old, probably too old to exercise and all but hopefully healthy enough to be able to keep doing cardio exercise. I would eat mostly foods that have fiber, calcium, iron, starch, and vitamin D. I would visit the doctor more regularly to get screened for diabetes, depression, and high blood pressure. I would also need to take more regular vaccines with the increase in vaccines from the 50s time period.
