Life Time Personal Health

  • My 20's

    My 20's
I would exercise everyday so that I would be at a healthy recommended weight by the doctors. Eat a well balanced meal, because if I don't it will probably be easier to get ill as I get older. I won't smoke, take in illegal substances, put on sunscreen, and always take care of myself. Have medical check up every 2 years or what my doctor recommends. I would watch out for sexual activities since most people get involved at this age, and i might be one of them.
  • My 30's

    My 30's
My Metabolism is going to start slowing down. So I would not eat as much fast food, because I would gain weight much easier and that can lead to obesity which can lead to diabetes and other illness later on. I would Exercise normally as I did when I was in my 20's. I wouldn't do drugs or smoke or anything bad. I would get a medical check the doctors recommend. Also I would be careful when doing sexual activities.

    My 40's
I would start becoming much slower at coordinating so I have to watch out for that. I would still exercise and will never smoke or do drugs. If I do not stop here, it will be hard to be healthy when I reach my 50's and beyond. I would go to the doctors as they recommend it.
  • My 50's

    My 50's
Once I turn 50, I would probably exercise but not to hard. I would try to stay away from stress, and any negative feelings because it would probably be easier to become sick if I'm negative. I would eat healthy and stay away from fats. I would get more sleep so that I can relieve my self from stress and other negative factors. I would also go to the doctors for different types of checkups like physical, eye, and skin exam.

    My 60's
Once I'm 60 I would do light jogs for exercise because I do not want to hurt myself. I need to always watch out for signs of illness since I am getting older and older. I will eat food that is full of nutrients and low fat, since fat can cause problems. The things I once was able to do will go away and I would only take the healthy route because I do not want to live in a bed the rest of my life.
