Gouzenko Affair Rank (-2)
Rank Description: Personally, I would rate the Gouzenko Affair a -2, for multiple reasons. First of all, because of the Gouzenko Affair Canada was forced to sign the N.A.T.O and join the Cold War. This is because Canada now lacked trust in the Russian due to Gozuenko and the alternate spies. Also, the Gouzenko Affair worsened the security in Canada, as no one knew who was or wasn't a Russian spy. -
