    In my 20s I will focus on eating more fruits and vegetables in my daily die. I will go out and jog at least 2 miles weekly and have 3 hours of gym time. My main focus will be to settle into healthy habits.

    In my 30s I will make sure I get enough sleep on a daily basis. I will start eating more healthy. I will start jogging at least 6 miles every week and go to the gym at least 4 hours every week. My main focus will be on getting enough sleep.
  • 40s

    40s
    I will continue my healthy habits from my 30s with the addition of frequent preventative medical checkups for any early signs of diseases. My main focus will be on healthy diet.
  • 50s

    50s
    In my 50s i will continue all my healthy habits from my 40s in addition to playing mind games daily. The mind games will help me keep my mind active and improve brain function. I will also have hobbies to reduce my stress levels. My main focus will be on exercising correctly.
  • 60s

    60s
    I will continue my healthy habits from my 50s though I may exercise less often due to aging. I will retire at one point and sit back and enjoy time with my grandchildren. My main focus will be on preventative medical check ups.
